Gaming and badminton-filled vacation
During the National Day holiday, as usual, I stayed at home, accompanied my family, and rested, playing games and playing badminton. From my current state, doing these things is very comfortable and relaxing.
I changed to a metal retainer, now I only need to wear it at night when I sleep, and I can free my teeth during the day.
I have been playing For The King to pass the time during the holiday.
Before leaving, I bought a Marshall Stanmore III to put at home, so that my parents can listen to podcasts or play music. I received it an hour before departure and played with it a little. But for myself, it seems that I am temporarily not interested in these things, I just listen to the sound.

Including my leave, I had 9 days off, and I will have to work for 6 consecutive days when I come back. On the first day of work, I will go on a business trip, which will take a whole day. Now I feel a bit lazy. In the past, I used to schedule business trips tightly to complete the tasks as soon as possible. I guess it was driven by curiosity and passion before...
I arranged for 2 days of early badminton on the first weekend. The advantage of playing early badminton is that I won't sleep in, which adds one more day of time. After playing in the morning, I can take a shower, have lunch, and still have plenty of time in the afternoon and evening to do what I want. In the past, I would wake up close to noon and play badminton in the evening, which means that only the afternoon was my free time.
In the first week, I broke two strings... Then I bought a new racket, Xiao Dai's platinum claw, which looks great.
The second week also had two early badminton sessions. On Saturday, I went back to school to participate in a competition and luckily won the championship, so I got a free racket.
On Sunday morning, I also arranged for early badminton, and after playing, I went to the north of the city for the afternoon session. This afternoon session can be considered a social game, with no real competition, but it gave me a chance to rest and catch up with friends.
So far, I haven't slept in for 20 consecutive days, but the high-intensity badminton has taken a toll on my body. The masseur immediately noticed that the pressure on both sides of my waist was different 😅
Now I only have one racket left that hasn't broken a string, and I plan to take a break for a while. "It's getting cold, so it's time to be lazy." I'll just exercise my core at home.
